Where we ship

TendedPets currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Orders fulfilled from California, USA

Orders for products marked as shipping from California are processed by the next business day. The estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders fulfilled from China

Orders for products marked as shipping from China are processed in 1 business day. Transit time is 7–17 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 8–18 business days. The product page and checkout identify the applicable fulfillment route for each item.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when it becomes available. Tracking activity may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Orders with more than one fulfillment origin

Items fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate packages and may have different delivery estimates. Shipping remains free for eligible United States orders.

Address corrections

Review your shipping address before placing your order. Email support@tendedpets.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has started, and an order that has already shipped cannot be redirected by TendedPets.

Delivery questions

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, address issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. If tracking shows an unusual delay, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment.
